PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment Methods

In the Little Wonders online store, you can pay for your orders via cash on delivery upon receipt at the courier's office or when the courier visits your address.

1. Payment by debit/credit card via a virtual POS terminal from DSK Bank.

2. Accepted card types: debit, credit, and business cards from Visa, Mastercard, and B-card.

3. Transactions are processed using MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.

4. We do not store bank card data used for payments through the website.

5. If a refund is required for an amount paid with a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card used for the payment.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier companies Econt or Speedy to:

•       customer's address
•       courier's office

⏱ Delivery Time

•       1 - 3 business days after order confirmation
•       Delays are possible during peak periods (holidays, promotions)

Delivery Price

The delivery price is determined by:

•       the weight of the shipment
•       the chosen courier
•       the delivery address

The exact price is visible before finalizing the order. If certain order conditions are met or during promotional periods, delivery may be free.

Inspection upon Receipt

For cash-on-delivery shipments, the customer has the right to inspect the parcel.

Unreceived Shipments

If a shipment is not received and is returned to the Seller:

•       delivery costs remain at the customer's expense
•       the Seller reserves the right to refuse future orders from the same customer
